4-H Leathercraft Project
This project should be of interest to youth who live in rural or urban areas. It complements other projects where leather is used, such as livestock, horse and clothing projects.
Note: Unit 1 is a beginner’s unit that teaches leather tooling. Members do not carve in Unit 1. Older youth or those with some experience in leather carving and stamping may wish to begin in Unit 2 or 3, depending on their skill level.
