Project Title: Beef [ print this project ]
Description: Provides an excellent opportunity to learn about an important industry in Colorado and the rest of the nation. 4-H members will gain exposure to all aspects of the beef industry, either by directly caring for a calf or by learning about beef through the breeding project. 4-H members may carry either a market beef or manage a breeding animal at any level.

Project Title: Dog [ print this project ]
Description: Designed for members who are interested in learning more about dogs, how to care for a dog, and how to train a dog in basic and advanced commands. The dog project is unique and is not meant to conform to AKC dog show or other professional standards. *The Guide Dog Project is a distinct, stand-alone project for youth/families and requires submitting an application to participate as well as committing to a number of agreements to successfully raise a guide dog puppy.
