Interstate Exchange Opportunity
The Walnut Creek District 2 4-H Junior Leaders, located in Central Kansas, are interested in an interstate exchange with Colorado. Their group will have between 10- to 15-youth and two- to three-chaperons participating in the exchange. They would also like to travel the summer of 2007 and host the summer of 2008.
They have several exciting locations to see while visiting Kansas. Dodge City attractions include Boot Hill and Wyatt Earp, Hudson Flour Mill, Military Fort Larned, Sternberg Museum, BOC Helium Plant, a home featured on HGTV- Extreme Homes, along with many other fun adventures and activities.
If you are interested in pursuing an exchange with Kansas please contact Robyn Deines, District Extension agent, at rdeines@oznet.ksu.edu or call toll free 877.798.3921, cell 785.798.5125 or 785.731.5145. — Ellen Butler
